Can I use InfoAccess sms to send messages to multiple recipients or to groups?

Sms messages can be sent up to 5000 mobile users simultaneously .You can set up a new distribution list or import distribution list from Microsoft Outlook, Excel. MYOB or established databases

 
 


How many characters can an sms message contain?

InfoAccess sms can send individual messages of up to 160 characters. If you type more than 160 characters your message will be split into multiple messages and will be sent in sequence

Can I use sms messenger on different PC’s?

You can install InfoAccess on as many PC’s as you like?

Isn’t sms Marketing the same thing as SPAM?

What is Premium Rate SMS/ MMS ????

MMS Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) adds images, text, audio clips and ultimately, video clips to SMS (Short Message Service / text messaging). A. Yes. InfoAccess can deliver your calls to any normal telephone number in the country. There is no charge for such changes, provided they are limited to no more than one per month.

Q. Can my 190 be delivered to my mobile phone?
A. Unfortunately not, the essence of this service is for you to make money from the calls you receive. Sending the calls to your mobile will cost you money.

A The InfoFm credit card service accommodates Visa Card, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club. Please note debit card transactions are not available through this facility.

Q. Can I move my Credit Card number to a new address?
A. Yes all you need to do is contact the bank and your 1300 provider to update your records

Q. How do I receive payments?
A. With your own merchant agreement, each transaction will automatically be deposited in your nominated Merchant bank account.

Q. Do I need my own Merchant?
A If you cannot provide your own Merchant InfoAccess can assist you. Rates will be negotiated on enquiry

Q. What about chargebacks ?
A. Clients will be responsible for any “charge-backs”. The merchant indemnifies the CBA and InfoFm from any charge backs resulting from consumer repudiations and acceptance of fraudulent transactions.
